- 2 - White insulators
- 4 - #12-24 x 5/8” (15.9mm) zinc plated screws
- 4 - #12-24 x 5/8” (15.9mm) zinc plated flat washers
- 4 - #12 External Tooth Lock Washer
- 20 - #12-24 x 1/2” (12.7mm) zinc plated screws
